VISUALISATION
Often people find images or models easier to understand than reading drawings. Graham has software which can produce 3D visual images, from quick spatial models to realistic renders. Graham can also produce 3D printed models or laser cut plans which can be used to create physical scaled models to help visualise your design.
03.
ENERGY ASSESSMENTS & THERMAL BRIDGES
All new domestic buildings require a SAP calculation to demonstrate compliance with building regulations and secure Building Warrant Approval. Graham has extensive experience delivering SAP calculations, from self-builds to large-scale developments, offering practical solutions where compliance isn't met first time.
Thermal bridging can account for up to 30% of a building's heat loss, increasing the risk of condensation and mould. Graham models and assesses construction details to limit heat loss, ensuring compliance while often reducing reliance on additional renewable technologies.
